摘　　要：在总结了现有关于新型冠状病毒肺炎治疗现状及病机概况的基础上,发现新型冠状病毒肺炎与藏象理论中的"肺-脾-大肠"之间的病机特点高度吻合,进而从此角度剖析了新型冠状病毒肺炎各证候阶段的病机,切合中医"辨证论治"的特点和基本要求,也希望为中医药临床研发更有效的治疗方剂提供新的思路。On the basis of summarizing the current treatmentstatus and pathogenesis of COVID-19, the author found that the pathogenesis characteristics of this disease and the "lung-spleen-large intestine" visceral manifestation theory are highly consistent, and then the article analyzed the pathogenesis of the various stages of the disease, meeting the characteristics and basic requirements of "treatment according to syndrome differentiation" of TCM. It also hopes to provide new ideas for clinical medication to develop more effective treatment prescriptions.
