活血化瘀类中药治疗腹膜纤维化机制的研究进展

摘　　要：目的归纳、总结活血化瘀类中药对腹膜纤维化的干预机制及治疗作用。方法查阅近10年有关活血化瘀类中药防治腹膜纤维化的文献,进行归纳、总结得出结论。结果活血化瘀类中药干预腹膜纤维化的机制与调节细胞因子、减轻微炎症状态、抗氧化应激反应、减轻高糖毒性有关,其对腹膜的结构及功能具有保护作用,延缓腹膜纤维化。结论活血化瘀类中药可改善腹膜透析患者的临床症状,延缓腹膜纤维化的发生、发展,从而起到保护腹膜作用,提高患者的生活质量。Objective To summarize the intervention mechanism and therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicines for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis on peritoneal fibrosis.Methods Relatedliterature on the prevention and treatment of peritoneal fibrosis with traditional Chinese medicines for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis in recent ten years was reviewed, and then we made a conclusion.Results The mechanism of traditional Chinese medicines for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis in the intervention of peritoneal fibrosis which has a protective effect on the structure and function of the peritoneum and can delay the peritoneal fibrosisrelated to the regulation of cytokines, the reduction of micro-inflammatory state, the anti-oxidative stress reaction, and the reduction of hyperglycemia toxicity.Conclusions Traditional Chinese medicines for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis can improve the clinical symptoms of peritoneal dialysis patients and delay the occurrence and development of peritoneal fibrosis,as a result of playing a role in protecting the peritoneum and improving the quality ofperitoneal fibrosispatients’ life.
