复方丹参滴丸治疗冠心病合并血脂代谢异常疗效及对血液黏度、血管内皮功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨复方丹参滴丸治疗冠心病合并血脂代谢异常的临床价值。方法将2016年7月-2018年5月收治的106例冠心病合并血脂代谢异常患者以随机数字表法分为对照组53例,观察组53例,对照组行常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用复方丹参滴丸,观察两组治疗效果,治疗前、治疗12周后血脂水平、血液黏度及血管内皮功能变化。结果治疗总有效率观察组为92.45%(49/53),与对照组77.36%(41/53)对比,明显较高(P<0.05);治疗前,两组血脂水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗12周后,观察组高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)与同期对照组对比,明显较高,总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、甘油三酯(TG)与同期对照组对比,明显较低(P<0.05);治疗前,两组血液黏度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗12周后,观察组全血高切黏度、血浆黏度及全血低切黏度与同期对照组对比,明显较低(P<0.05);治疗前,两组血管内皮功能差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗12周后,观察组血管内皮素-1(ET-1)与同期对照组对比,明显较低,一氧化氮(NO)、血管扩张率(FMD)与同期对照组对比,明显较高(P<0.05)。结论复方丹参滴丸配合西医治疗冠心病,疗效确切,且能有效降低患者血脂水平及血液黏度,改善血管内皮功能,值得推广。Objective To investigate the clinical value of Compound Danshen Dripping Pills combined with western medicine in the treatment of coronary disease with abnormal blood lipid metabolism. Methods A total of 106 patients of coronary disease with abnormal blood lipid metabolism who were admitted from July 2016 to May 2018 were randomly divided into the control group(n=53) and the observation group(n=53). The control group received routine western medicine treatment, and the observation group added Compound Danshen Dropping Pills on the basis of the control group. We observed the therapeutic effects, the changes of blood lipid levels, blood viscosity and vascular endothelial function of the two groups before and after 12 weeks treatment. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 92.45%(49/53) which was significantly higher than that of the control group[77.36%(41/53)](P<0.05). Before treatment, the blood lipid levels between the two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05). After 12 weeks treatment, the high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) in the observation group was significantly higher compared with that of the control group. The total cholesterol(TC),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) and triglyceride(TG) were significantly lower compared with those of the control group(P<0.05). Before treatment, the blood viscosity between the two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05). After 12 weeks treatment, the whole blood high and low shear viscosity, plasma viscosity in the observation group were significantly lower compared with those of the control group(P<0.05). Before treatment, the vascular endothelial function between the two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05). After 12 weeks treatment, the vascular endothelin-1(ET-1) in the observation group was significantly lower compared with that of the control group.
