基于角色理论的广州高校学生机采血小板淡季招募策略研究

摘　　要：目的探索大学生献血角色身份对献血行为的影响,为淡季机采血小板招募策略提供科学的依据。方法参考国内外关于角色身份认同量表构建问卷,采用Likert5级量表进行评价,2019年2-4月分层抽样广州市区8所高校在校学生,问卷结果采用SPSS 23.0进行主成分因子分析、ANOVA分析、多元有序logistic回归分析。结果角色身份认同是曾献血高校学生献血的首要动机,占总体变异的33.7%;角色身份的显著性与机采血小板捐献意愿呈正相关(OR=1.936,P<0.05);假期留校学生中74.1%有明确的献血意愿。结论淡季高校学生机采血小板的招募工作可运用角色身份理论指导提高献血角色身份显著性,充分挖掘假期中高校学生的献血潜力。Objective To explore the influence of role identity on College Students′willingness to platelet apheresis,and to provide some scientific basis for recruitment strategy of off-season apheresis platelet.Methods After refering to the domestic and international surveys on the role identity scale,Likert 5 scale was used to evaluate the college students in 8 universities in Guangzhou.The results of the questionnaires were analyzed by SPSS 23.0,principal component analysis,ANOVA analysis and multivariate ordered logistic regression analysis.Results Role identity was the primary motivation of blood donation among students in universities,accounting for 33.7%of the total variation.Significance of role identity was positively correlated with willingness to donate apheresis platelets(OR=1.936,P<0.05).74.1%of students who stayed in schools in off-season had clear willingness to donate blood.Conclusion The role identity theory can be used to guide the recruitment of apheresis platelet from college students in off-season,which can improve the role identity of blood donation and fully tap the potential of blood donation of college students in off-season.
