摘　　要：目的了解分析石家庄各县区献血网点血液采集情况,为下一步制定合适的献血招募方式方法以推进固定献血屋(房车)的辐射功能提供可靠依据。方法利用中心启奥9.0系统,调取2011-2018年石家庄市18个县区血液采集数据采血量(U),并对各县区血液采集总体情况、固定献血屋(房车)、流动采血车的采集情况进行分析。结果各县区有固定献血屋(房车)采集占比较好的县有矿区、平山、辛集、晋州,采集占较差的县有深泽、赵县、藁城、新乐、鹿泉、高邑;2011-2018年县区固定献血屋(房车)采血量占比逐年增长,8年县区总采集量为1299908.4 U,固定献血点采集量占比由2011年4.7%(3949/84207)增长至27.5%(358104/1299908),流动采血车采集量占比由2011年95.3%(80258/84207)下降至72.5%(948104/1299908),县区血液采集仍主要依靠流动采血车。结论如何推进固定献血屋(房车)的选址、宣传和后期维护建设,做好数据总结分析、平衡各县区同步发展,对于更好的发挥固定献血屋(房车)的辐射作用,使县区固定献血屋(房车)逐步成为无偿献血主流至关重要。Objective To understand the blood donation across different collection sites,including fixed and mobile ones,in counties of Shijiazhuang,as to provide reliable basis for promoting the radiation function of county-level donation sites over potential donors.Methods The blood collection data(U)across different collection sites in 18 counties of Shijiazhuang from 2011 to 2018 was studied via Qi′ao 9.0 system of our center.The overall situation of blood collection,and collection at fixed/mobile donation sites in each county were analyzed.Results The overall situation of blood collection was good in such counties as Kuangqu,Pingshan,Xinji and Jinzhou;while poor in Shenze,Zhaoxian,Gaocheng,Xinle,Luquan and Gaoyi.From 2011 to 2018,the proportion of blood collected from the counties increased year by year,with a total amount of 1299908.4 U during the past 8 years.The proportion of blood collected at fixed donation sites increased from 4.7%(3949/84207)in 2011 to 27.5%(358104/1299908).The proportion of blood collected at mobile collection sites decreased from 95.3%(80258/84207)in 2011 to 72.5%(948104/1299908).However,blood collection in counties still mainly depended on mobile blood collection.Conclusion Blood collection at fixed/mobile sites in counties may grow into the mainstream of blood collection if the siting,publicity and maintenance of collection sites are promoted,and balance development of counties is enhanced via data analysis.
