摘  要:目的检测使用校正因子校正干式生化仪后对无偿献血志愿者谷丙转氨酶(ALT)不合格率的影响,更好的做好献血初筛工作,降低ALT不合格率,从而降低血液报废率,节约血液资源和避免无偿献血志愿者流失。方法收集2013-2017年株洲地区无偿献血志愿者的ALT检测数据。2013年未使用校正因子,2014年部分采血点使用了校正因子,2015-2017年开始全部使用校正因子。分析2013-2017年ALT导致的不合格率,用卡方检验进行数据统计分析。结果2013年检测32046人次,ALT不合格426人次,不合格率1.33%;2014年检测31428人次,ALT不合格268人次,不合格率0.85%;2015年检测34582人次,ALT不合格83人次,不合格率0.24%;2016年检测42774人次,ALT不合格205人次,不合格率0.48%;2017年检测47844人次,ALT不合格162人次,不合格率0.34%。不同年份的ALT不合格率统计分析差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过使用校正因子对干式生化仪进行校正,显著降低了ALT不合格率,从而降低血液报废率,节约了血液资源,更好的挽留了无偿献血志愿者。Objective To investigate the role of correction factor in calibrating dry-type biochemical analyzer to minimize blood discarding due to unqualified ALT levels.Methods The ALT test results of volunteers donated in Zhuzhou area from 2013 to 2017 were collected.Correction factors had not been used in 2013 to elevate ALT yet,then partially used in some blood collection sites in 2014,and popularized in all sites since 2015.The failure rate caused by unqualified ALT level from 2013 to 2017,i.e.before and after elevated ALT levels,was analyzed,and the differences were statistically analyzed by Chi-square test.Results 426 out of 32046 samples in 2013,268 out of 31428 samples in 2014,83 out of 34582 samples in 2015,205 out of 42774 samples in 2016,and 162 out of 47844 samples in 2017 failed in ALT item,which accounting for 1.33%,0.85%,0.24%,0.48%and 0.34%,respectively.The failure rate caused by unqualified ALT level significantly differed from each year(P<0.05).Conclusion The failure rate caused by unqualified ALT level significantly decreased with elevated ALT levels,which can minimize blood discarding and save blood sources.
