抗-cE合并抗-Fy^b和抗-Mur同种抗体疑难鉴定1例

摘　　要：目的 1例短期内多次输血产生多血型系统同种抗体患者标本进行抗体特异性鉴定。方法采用盐水介质法抗体筛选和鉴定IgM类抗体,用LISS-Coombs卡筛选和鉴定IgG类抗体,同时采用酶处理谱细胞辅助进行抗体鉴定。结果患者血清中同时存在Rh血型系统抗-cE,Duffy血型系统抗-Fy^b,MNS血型系统抗-Mur。结论运用不同血型血清学方法,能较准确鉴定出患者血清中存在的多血型系统同种抗体。Objective To identify the antibody specificity of a patient with multiple blood system antibodies produced by multiple blood transfusions within a short period of time. Methods IgM antibodies were screened and identified by methods of saline phase, IgG antibodies were screened and identified using Liss-Coombs card, and antibodies were identified by enzyme-treated cells. Results There were anti-cE of Rh blood group system, anti-Fy^b of Duffy blood group system,and anti-Mur of MNS blood group system in Patient serum. Conclusion Alloantibodies in serum of multiple blood group systems were identified by different serological methods.
