摘  要:目的优化全血采集流程和质量控制,实现全血采集的效率与全过程的可追溯性。方法集成4G网络、血液云平台、云呼叫中心、云短信系统、支付宝电子献血卡、手持智能终端、自助登记与打印一体机等网络与信息设备设施,构建血站闭环式全血采集信息系统。结果血站闭环式全血采集信息系统的建立,实现了献血者招募、献血者健康检查、献血前检测、全血采集、血液留样、献血证打印、献血者满意度调查等全血采集各环节的精细化管理与有效质控。结论闭环式全血采集信息系统提高了血站全血采集的工作效率与对献血安全、血液质量的保障。Objective To establish a closed-loop information system for whole blood collection, so as to optimize the efficiency of blood collection management and realize the traceability throughout the process. Methods Here we presented a closed-loop information system that synergistically exploited 4 G network, cloud blood platform, cloud calling center, cloud message system, Alipay electronic blood donation card, hand-held intelligent terminal, self-help registration/printing machine, and other network and computing, aiming at enabling our center to actively recruit a healthy blood donor pool and increase the retention rate. Results This closed-loop information system enabled us to continuously improve the quality management throughout the process, including such procedures as donor eligibility determining, healthy exams, pre-donation screening, whole blood collection, diversion pouch for specimen tube, blood donation card printing and donors′ satisfaction survey etc. Conclusion Closed-loop information system for blood collection can dramatically improve the efficiency and quality of blood donation service, which would make the blood products become more efficacious and safe.
