曼月乐对绝经过渡期无排卵性异常子宫出血调节月经的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察曼月乐(左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统LNG-IUS)对绝经过渡期无排卵性异常子宫出血调节月经的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2017年1月-2017年12月郑州人民医院收治的60例绝经过渡期异常子宫出血的患者,均经诊断性刮宫后排除恶性病变,且病理诊断提示为无排卵性子宫出血的患者。其中应用曼月乐治疗的29例作为观察组,应用地屈孕酮治疗的31例作为对照组。结果经过3个月的治疗后,两组患者的子宫内膜厚度、血红蛋白水平、经期天数均得到改善(P<0.05),且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的不良反应发生率与对照组相比差异不显著,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对于治疗有效率观察组优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论曼月乐与地屈孕酮治疗绝经过渡期无排卵性异常子宫出血均具有显著疗效,但曼月乐疗效更优。Objective To observe the clinical effect of LNG-IUS(Levonorgestrel intrauterine sustained release system)on regulating menstruation without abnormal ovulation during the transitional period.Methods A retrospective analysis of 60 cases of abnormal uterine hemorrhage during menopause from January 2017 to December 2017 was conducted in our hospital,all the malignant lesions were excluded after the diagnosis of uterine curettage. Of these, 29 cases were treated with LNG-IUS as the observation group, and 31 cases treated with diprogesterone as the control group.Results After 3 months of treatment, the endometrial thickness, hemoglobin level and menstrual period days of both groups were improved(P<0.05),the observation group was superior to the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05);the treatment efficiency of the observation group was better than that of the control group, there’s a statistical difference between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Both LNG-IUS and diprogesterone have significant effects in the treatment of uterine hemorrhage without ovulation during the transitional period,However, LNG-IUS is more effective.
