摘　　要：目的分析2006-2019年四川省退伍铁道兵尘肺病例的并发症患病情况,为铁道兵尘肺病防治工作提供依据。方法收集2006-2019年四川省疾病预防控制中心预防医学门诊部诊断为尘肺病的退伍铁道兵尘肺病例的诊断资料,对其并发症期别构成、年龄构成和工种构成等进行统计分析。结果 758例退伍铁道兵尘肺病例的高千伏胸片中有并发症的共计285例,并发肺结核的有229例(30.21%);并发肺气肿28例(3.69%);伴有肺部感染的26例(3.43%);伴发其他肺部疾病2例(0.26%)。工种构成上,风钻190例(66.67%)、爆破70例(24.56%)、运输6例(2.11%)、养护10例(3.51%)和装卸9例(3.16%);并发症的年龄分布主要集中在55~59岁,共111例(38.95%),其次是70岁以上,共57例(20.00%)。结论退伍铁道兵年龄较大,患尘肺病后较易合并其他肺部疾病,特别是肺结核。应注重这部分人群的卫生宣教及日常护理工作,积极治疗肺结核等并发症,延缓病情进展,提高其生活质量。Objective To analyze the complications of pneumoconiosis cases of railway ex-soldiers from Sichuan Province. Methods Data about complications of pneumoconiosis cases of railway exsoldiers diagnosed at the outpatient department of Sichuan provincial center for disease control and prevention from 2006 to 2019 were collected. Statistical analysis was conducted on the composition of complications,age and types of work. Results The detection rate of complications of pneumoconiosis in this sample was 37.6%(285/758). 229(30.21%) were complicated with tuberculosis. 28 cases(3.69%) were complicated with emphysema. There were 26 cases(3.43%) with pulmonary infection.Two cases(0.26%) were complicated with other pulmonary diseases. As for the work types,there were 190 cases of pneumatic drill(66.67%),70 cases of blasting(24.56%),6 cases of transportation(2.11%),10 cases of maintenance(3.51%),and 9 cases of loading and unloading(3.16%). In terms of the age distribution of complications,most cases were between 55 and 59 years(111/28,38.95%),followed by 70 years(57/258,20%). Conclusion The veterans are older,and are more likely to be complicated with other lung diseases after suffering from pneumoconiosis.
