2016-2018年德阳市医院消毒卫生监测质量分析

摘　　要：目的分析2016-2018年德阳市100张床以上医疗机构的卫生消毒质量,科学评价医院各种类消毒灭菌工作,为今后的改进和提高提供方法与思路。方法依据《医院消毒卫生标准》(GB 15982-2012),对德阳市床位数在100张以上的医疗机构进行医院消毒卫生质量监测。结果 2016-2018年,每年监测2次,每次监测38家次医疗机构,2016年采集样品1 086份,样品合格率为91.62%;2017年采集样品1 079份,样品合格率为91.29%;2018年采集样品1 095份,样品合格率为91.42%。从不同种类样品监测结果看,透析用水监测127份,合格123份,合格率96.85%;医院污水监测244份,合格213份,合格率87.30%。结论德阳市医疗机构消毒卫生质量总体情况较好,但医疗场所物体表面消毒效果、压力蒸汽灭菌效果、医院污水消毒效果相对较差,今后应有针对性的加强医疗机构消毒管理及监督指导。Objective To analyze the quality of sanitary disinfection in hospitals of Deyang City from2016 to 2018 in order to scientifically evaluate various kinds of disinfection and sterilization in hospitals and to prevent and control nosocomial infection. Methods According to the standards of hospital disinfection and sanitation(GB 15982-2012), the infection monitoring was carried out in medical institutions with more than 100 beds in Deyang city. Results From 2016 to 2018, a total of 76 medical institutions were monitored annually in the City. In 2016, 1 086 samples were collected,with a qualified rate of 91.62%. In 2017,1 079 samples were collected,with a qualified rate of 91.29%. In 2018,1 095 samples were collected,with a qualified rate of 91.42%. Overall,the qualified rate of those samples is relatively high. Notably, the qualified rate of dialysis water monitoring is the highest,whereas the qualified rate of sewage monitoring in medical institutions is the lowest. Conclusion According to the monitoring results, the qualified rate of the samples is higher in Deyang City. However, the disinfection quality on the surface of objects, autoclave sterilization and hospital sewage is relatively poor,Therefore,the disinfection quality of hospital sewage should be strengthened in the future.
