摘 要:目的分析2014-2018年成都市血吸虫病患者和钉螺分布的空间分布特征,为制定防控策略提供依据。方法利用2014-2018年成都市血吸虫病患者和钉螺分布数据,导入GeoDa0.95i软件,进行全局和局部空间自关分析和疫情描述,确定血吸虫病患者和钉螺分布时空热点区域。结果 2014-2018年成都市血吸虫病患者存在正向空间自相关。2014-2015年钉螺分布存在正向空间自相关。LISA分析结果表明成都市血吸虫病患者和钉螺分布多呈高_高和低_低型聚集。G_i~*分析结果表明,血吸虫病患者和钉螺分布的热点区域主要集中于大邑、邛崃。结论通过空间自相关分析,揭示了成都市血吸虫病患者和钉螺分布的热点,提示应加强热点区域的防控工作。Objective To analyze the spatial distribution epidemiological of schistosomiasis patients and oncomelania hupensis from 2014 to 2018 in Chengdu City, and to provide scientific basis for prevention and control of schistosomiasis. Methods The spatial distribution data of schistosomiasis patients and oncomelania hupensis in Chengdu from 2014 to 2018 were analyzed. Geo Da0.95 i software was used for the overall spatial autocorrelation and the local spatial autocorrelation analysis and epidemic description. Results There was a positive spatial autocorrelation of schistosomiasis patients from 2014 to 2018 in Chengdu. There was a positive spatial autocorrelation of distribution of Oncomelania hupensis from 2014 to 2015 in Chengdu too. The results of the LISA analysis showed that the cluster state of distribution between schistosomiasis patients and oncomelania hupensis was high-high or low-low. The results of G_i~* analysis indicated that the hot spots were mainly concentrated in Dayi and Qionglai districts. Conclusion Through spatial autocorrelation analysis, the distribution of hot regions of schistosomiasis patients and oncomelania hupensis were revealed,which indicated that the prevention work in hot regions should be reinforced.
