摘 要:目的掌握2018年巴中市重点人群碘缺乏病病情及其碘营养状况,评估当前干预措施,为科学指导防治工作提供更多依据。方法 2018年在巴中市5县(区)分别按东、西、南、北、中5个方位各随机抽取1个乡,在监测乡抽取40名8~10岁儿童和20名孕妇,检测儿童、孕妇家中食用盐碘和尿碘,B超检查巴州区、恩阳区8~10岁儿童甲状腺。甲状腺肿大率的比较采用χ~2检验,尿碘和盐碘运用Sperman双变量相关性分析。结果巴中市碘盐覆盖率99.87%,居民合格碘盐食用率92.73%,8~10岁儿童、孕妇尿碘中位数分别为236.15μg/L、190.08μg/L,8~10岁儿童尿碘水平低于50μg/L的比例为1.90%,巴州区、恩阳区8~10岁儿童甲状腺肿大率分别为3.00%、4.50%。结论巴中市各项技术指标均达到碘缺乏病消除标准,将继续加强病情监测和健康教育工作,坚持科学补碘的防治策略。Objective To investigate the condition of iodine deficiency disorders and iodine nutrition status of key population in Bazhong City so as to evaluate the current intervention measures and provide more basis for scientific guidance on prevention. Methods In 2018, one county(district)was randomly selected each of five towns of Bazhong City according to the 5 directions of east,west, south, north and central. 40 children aged 8 to 10 years old and 20 pregnant women were selected from each of the selected county(district). Salt iodine content and urine iodine level of children and pregnant women were tested. Thyroid gland of children aged 8 to 10 years old in Bazhou district and Enyang district was examined by B-ultrasound. Results The coverage rate of iodized salt was 99.87%, and the rate of qualified iodized salt was 92.73% in Bazhong City. The median urinary iodine levels of children aged 8 to 10 years old and pregnant women were 236.15 μg/L and 190.08 μg/L, respectively. The proportion of children aged 8 to 10 years old whose urinary iodine levels were lower than 50 μg/L was 1.90%. The prevalence rates of thyroid enlargement in children aged 8 to 10 years old in Bazhou district and Enyang district were 3.00% and 4.50%, respectively. Conclusion All technical indicators of Bazhong City have reached the elimination standard of iodine deficiency disorders. More efforts will be taken to strengthen the monitoring and health education, and prevention strategies of scientific iodine supplement will continue to be implemented.
