摘 要:随着医学模式的发展,患者对医护人员有了更高要求。良好的护患关系需要以沟通为前提,而且医护人员也已经注意到护患沟通的重要性以及沟通与医疗纠纷的负相关性。临床护士应运用语言学策略,遵循合作原则,讲究礼貌策略,使用模糊限制语等,从而优化沟通,和谐护患关系,提高整体护理质量。With the development of medical model,patients have higher requirements on medical staffs.Good nurse-patient relationship needs to be based on communication,and medical staffs have noticed the importance of nurse-patient communication and the negative correlation between communication and medical disputes.Clinical nurses should use linguistic strategies,follow the principle of cooperation,pay attention to politeness strategies,use vague restrictions,etc.,so as to optimize communication,harmonize nurse-patient relationship,and improve the overall quality of nursing.
