摘　　要：针对阳煤集团某矿二采区上山轨道原YB-60×1.25绞车运输能力不足的情况,确定应用JYB65×1.83S双速运输绞车,以提高运输效率。对该双速运输绞车的主要结构、工作原理、优点进行了分析。通过综合分析比较,表明JYB-65×1.83S双速运输绞车在节能降耗、提高大斜巷提升效率、运输安全可靠性方面具有较好效果。In view of the shortage of transportation capacity of the original YB-60×1.25 winch in the second mining area of a mine,the application JYB65YB-60×1.83S double speed transport winch was determined to improve the transportation efficiency.The main structure,working principle and advantages of the double speed transport winch are analyzed.Through comprehensive analysis and comparison,it is shown that JYB-65×1.83 S double speed transport winch has better effect in saving energy and reducing consumption,improving the lifting efficiency of large inclined roadway,and safety and reliability of transportation.
