摘 要:为了解决大采高支架在不同工况条件下因应力集中而导致支架不稳定甚至损坏的问题,以磁窑沟煤矿为工程背景,通过分析该矿11102工作面的地质条件和煤岩体特性,并校验支架的支护强度和工作阻力等参数,对ZY8000/24/50D型大采高液压支架进行优化设计。结果表明:通过对支架顶梁柱和底座柱等关键零件加厚、加固改进,不仅能提高支架的工作阻力,而且可以有效地解决工作面顶板控制的问题,对相同工程地质条件的煤层开采支护提供参考和借鉴价值。In order to solve the problem that the support is unstable or even damaged due to stress concentration under different working conditions,the ZY8000/24/50D type hydraulic support for large mining height is optimized by analyzing the geological conditions and the characteristics of coal and rock body in the 11102 working face of the mine and checking the supporting strength and working resistance of the support.The results show that by thickening and strengthening the key parts such as the support top beam column and the base column,the working resistance of the support can not only be improved,but also the problem of roof control of the working face can be effectively solved,and the same engineering geological conditions can be improved coal seam mining support to provide reference and reference value.
