摘　　要：为了对提升机盘式制动器各个部件的结构设计提供依据,通过有限元仿真技术对制动部件的受载状况及其受力应力分布规律进行研究。针对制动部件的应力分布云图,全面掌握盘式制动器整体部件的结构受力状况,为各个部件的结构优化设计和研发方向提供数据支撑。In order to provide the basis for the structural design of each part of the hoist disc brake,the loading condition of the brake part and its stress distribution law are studied by finite element simulation.According to the cloud diagram of stress distribution of brake parts,the stress condition of the whole part of disc brake is fully grasped,which provides data support for the structural optimization design and direction of each part.
