摘　　要：在实际配制乳化液的过程中,乳化液浓度的精确与否是保证乳化液质量和保证液压元件安全使用的重要因素。基于此方面考虑,设计一套基于PLC控制系统的乳化液自动配液系统,此系统把乳化液浓度检测与自动配比结合起来,可实现对乳化液的实时监测,最大化提高乳化液的配制效率。In the actual preparation of the emulsion,the accuracy of the emulsion concentration is an important factor to ensure the quality of the emulsion and the safe use of the hydraulic components.Based on this consideration,a set of automatic emulsion liquid dosing system based on PLC control system is designed.This system combines the emulsion concentration detection and automatic proportioning,which can realize the real-time monitoring of the emulsion,so as to maximize the preparation efficiency of the emulsion and thus improve the production efficiency.
