摘　　要：新时代的高校教育改革要求教育工作要以学生为主体。"三全育人"从系统化建设高校思政教育体系着眼,充分调动高校全体教职员工和家庭、社会乃至学生自身的力量,将育人工作贯穿高校教育的全过程,营造了高校思政教育的新格局。本文力图对"三全育人"机制的建立和完善提出个人化建议,希望能有助于高校思政教育实效性的提升。In the new era of higher education reform, students should be the main body of education. From the perspective of systematic construction of Ideological and political education system in colleges and universities, the "three comprehensive education" fully mobilizes the strength of all staff, families, society and students themselves, runs the education throughout the whole process of college education, and creates a new pattern of Ideological and political education in colleges and universities.This paper tries to put forward personal suggestions for the establishment and improvement of the "three integrity education" mechanism, hoping to help improve the effectiveness of Ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
