摘　　要：采用不同交联剂将自制的聚糠醇和聚丙烯酸进行交联形成网络互穿聚合物IPN1和IPN2,通过与戊二醛(GA)对比确定了较优的交联剂为N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺(NMA);通过红外(IR)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)和热重-差热(TG-DTA)分析确定了mPAA∶mPFA值为2∶1,互穿聚合物热稳定性较好,T0. 05为142℃,Tmax为502℃,残炭率为62%,此时IPN2乳液平均粒径范围为0. 5~5μm。The self-made poly( furfural alcohol) and polyacrylic acid were cross linked with different crosslinking agents to form a network of interpenetrating polymers IPN1 and IPN2. The optimal crosslinker was N-methylolacrylamide( NMA),which was compared with the glutaraldehyde( GA). The mass ratio of interpenetrating polymer( mPAA ∶ mPFA) was 2 ∶ 1,which was determined by the analysis of infrared spectrometer( IR),X-ray diffractometer( XRD) and thermogravimetric-differential thermal( TG-DTA). The interpenetrating polymer has good thermal stability,T0.05 is 142 ℃,Tmax is 502 ℃,the carbon residue rate is 62%. Meanwhile,IPN2 emulsion particle size range is from 0. 5 to 5 μm.
