摘 要:分别利用激光毛化、等离子体以及二者综合的手段对3004铝合金表面进行了预处理,并利用一体化成型技术制备了相应的铝合金-双马来酰亚胺树脂连接件。激光毛化处理对铝合金表面粗糙度改善显著,等离子体处理能够改变铝合金表面基团类型。综合两种处理方法,利用物理处理和化学处理的协同作用,采用频率为3 Hz,电流强度为60 A的激光对铝合金表面溅射3 ms,期间控制离焦量为0 mm,毛化点密度为270 mm/min;然后利用频率为50 Hz,功率为70 k W的等离子体束进行二次处理,处理时间为20 min,制备出了拉伸强度为363 MPa,断裂伸长率为7. 0%,剥离强度为3. 62 N/cm的铝合金-双马来酰亚胺树脂连接件。The surface of 3004 aluminium alloy was pretreated by laser texturing,plasma and their combined methods,and the corresponding aluminium alloy-bismaleimide resin joints were fabricated by integrated forming technology. Laser texturing could significantly improve the surface roughness of aluminium alloy,and plasma treatment could change the type of surface groups of aluminium alloy. Using the synergistic effect of physical and chemical treatment,the laser with frequency of 3 Hz and current intensity of 60 A was used to sputter 3 ms on the surface of aluminium alloy,during which the defocusing amount is controlled to be 0 mm and the densities of the texturing point are 270 mm/min. Then the plasma beam with frequency of 50 Hz and power of 70 kW is used for the second time. The tensile strength of the aluminium alloy-bismaleimide resin joint is 363 MPa,the elongation at break is 7. 0%,and the peeling strength is 3. 62 N/cm.
