摘  要:针对多孔复杂曲面塑料产品分型困难的问题,提出了按"分型方向-分型线-分型面-拆分镶件"的设计方法。以产品最大投影面的法向作为主分型方向,依据拔模分析结果创建分型线,再设计分型面,完成产品分型;并根据成形零件的加工工艺性,设计了镶件;根据产品侧向结构特点,考虑零件的加工工艺性,进行了侧向抽芯滑块设计。通过某摩托车配件产品进行验证,该方法可行、结果正确。In order to solve the difficult problem of plastic product classification for porous complex curved surface,the design method of "parting direction-parting line-parting surface-parting insert"was presented. Taking the normal direction of the largest projection surface as the main parting direction,the parting line was created by the analysis results of stripper,and then the parting surface was designed to finish the parting of the product. According to the characteristics of the side structure of the product and considering the processing technology of the part,the side core-pulling slide block was designed. The method is proved to be feasible and the result is correct by a motorcycle fitting product.
