摘  要:通过在硬质交联聚氯乙烯(PVC)泡沫中加入不同比例的甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)作为泡沫的交联剂,制得了不同GMA含量的硬质PVC泡沫。对泡沫的形成,交联度,微观结构,力学性能和热性能进行了研究。结果表明,在体系中引入GMA组分会提高硬质PVC泡沫的交联度,从而影响泡沫的微观结构以及力学性能,在GMA的添加量为4 g时,泡沫的压缩强度为1. 019 MPa,拉伸强度为1. 037 MPa,弯曲强度为1. 272 MPa,综合力学性能最为优异。但是GMA的引入对材料的热性能没有显著的影响。A rigid polyvinyl chloride( PVC) foam with different glycidyl methacrylate( GMA) contents was prepared by adding different proportion of GMA as crosslinking agent in rigid cross-linked PVC foam. The formation,crosslinking degree,microstructure,mechanical properties and thermal properties of the foam were studied. The experimental results show that introducing GMA fraction into the system could enhance the crosslinking degree of rigid PVC foam,affect the microstructure and mechanical properties of foams. When the amount of GMA is 4 g,the compressive strength of the foam is 1. 019 MPa,the tensile strength is 1. 037 MPa,the bending strength is 1. 272 MPa,and the comprehensive mechanical properties are the most excellent. However,the introduction of GMA has no significant effect on the thermal properties of the materials.
