摘 要:为了顺应可持续发展战略,寻求更廉价、更具功能性的激光烧结原材料,在木质基复合材料的基础上,研究开发了一种可释放负氧离子的功能性新型木质基复合材料。采用电气石含量为0%、3%、5%的红木粉和聚醚砜(PES)粉末的混合粉末,结合差示扫描(DSC)、红外光谱、力学性能测试及表面和断面微观结构表征研究烧结件性能和界面结合机理,并探讨烧结件的功能性特点。该功能性木质基复合材料烧结件的力学性能随着电气石含量的增加而逐渐降低,但加入电气石后,制件的释放负氧离子功能显著提升。研究确定了激光烧结功能性木质基复合材料组分间界面结合机理为机械互锁。In order to adapt the sustainable development strategy and seek cheaper and more functional raw materials for laser sintering,a new functional wood-plastic composite material which can release negative oxygen ions was presented. The composite powder of rosewood and PES powder with tourmaline content of 0%,3% and 5% was used to study the properties and interfacial bonding mechanism of sintered parts by combining differential scanning calorimetry( DSC),infrared spectrum,mechanical property test and surface and cross-section microstructure characterization,and the functional characteristics of sintered parts was investigated. The mechanical properties of the functional wood-based composite could decrease with the increase of tourmaline contents,however,the ability of release of negative oxygen ion is significantly improved after adding tourmaline. The interfacial bonding mechanism of functional wood-based composites is recognized as mechanical interlock.
