摘  要:针对某2×300 MW机组循环流化床(CFB)锅炉的中心筒磨损严重,分离器分离效率较低以及尿素用量较高等问题,对分离器中心筒进行优化改造。改造后锅炉性能试验结果表明:因外循环效率提高,热效率有所提升;尿素溶液用量大幅下降,满负荷下尿素溶液用量下降约77%;炉膛上部差压平均增加0.2 kPa,分离器压降增加100 Pa左右;试验负荷下床温较改造前降低24~40℃;飞灰颗粒平均粒径下降,累计分布50%的飞灰颗粒粒径由26.0μm降低至13.3μm,显著提高了飞灰中细颗粒的比例,分离器效率显著提升。Aiming at the problems occurred on a circulating fluidized bed(CFB) boiler in 2×300 MW unit,such as serious abrasion of the vortex finder,low separation efficiency of the separator and high urea consumption,the vortex finder of the separator was optimized and retrofitted.The performance test was carried out after the retrofitting.The result shows that,the thermal efficiency increased due to the improvement of external circulating efficiency.The consumption of urea solution greatly reduced,which has decreased by about 77% under the full load condition.The differential pressure on the upper part of the boiler furnace increased by 0.2 kPa averagely,and the pressure drop of the separator increased by about 100 Pa.The bed temperature decreased by 24~40 ℃ at the test loads.The average particle size of fly ash decreased.The particle size with the cumulative distribution of 50% decreased from 26.0 μm to 13.3 μm,and the proportion of fine particles increased significantly.The separator efficiency improved significantly.
