摘 要:舰载机雷达所处的机械环境相对普通机载雷达而言更为复杂恶劣,文中对舰载机雷达抗恶劣机械环境的结构设计与分析方法进行了探讨。首先,介绍了舰载机雷达面临的特殊的机械环境条件,提出了抗恶劣机械环境的结构设计和分析方法;然后,分析了雷达设计过程中在材料选择、结构设计、安装固定等方面可采取的措施;最后,探究了振动、冲击、加速度载荷及弹射起飞拦阻着舰冲击、坠撞安全、噪声等载荷工况的仿真分析与评价方法。The mechanical environment for carrier-based aircraft radar is more complex than the ordinary airborne radar.A study on the design and analysis method of anti-adverse mechanical environment for carrier-based aircraft radars is presented in this paper.Firstly,the special mechanical environment conditions for carrier-based aircraft radar design are introduced,and the design and evaluation methods of the carrierbased aircraft radar are then proposed.Secondly,the measures taken in the materials selection,structural design and fixation in the design process of the carrier-based aircraft radar are analyzed.Finally,the simulation and evaluation methods of the carrier-based aircraft radar under different loads,such as the impact,acceleration loads,arrest landing impact,noise loads,etc.The theoretical and practical basis for design and analysis of anti-adverse mechanical environment for carrier-based aircraft radars is provided in this paper.
