摘 要:变压器油中含有微量水分会使其绝缘性能降低、加速油液的氧化劣化,导致变压器产生绝缘击穿等重大事故。首先根据微水含量在油液中的存在形式及其危害,综述了国内外对变压器油中微水含量在线监测方法的研究进展。重点对油液的电容传感分析、微波传感分析和红外光谱分析等几种在线监测方法进行了详细阐述,并分析了微水含量对油液理化性能影响的研究概况。结果表明:应用较广的油中微水含量电容传感在线监测方法容易受到环境的影响、测量精度低;微波传感分析不太适宜于微量水分的测量;红外光谱监测技术可以进行油中微水在线监测以及定量分析。这些监测方法主要是利用油液单一理化性能指标变化进行油中微量水分的在线监测,存在不完备性和冗余性问题,因此提出一种多变量信息融合的理化性能光谱特征在线监测新技术,可以全面综合实施解决变压器油中微水含量在线监测问题;所提出的新技术对于构建科学合理的、切实可行的油液多变量红外光谱特征的在线监测系统,解决我国由于水分污染而报废的油液再利用具有较好的应用前景;该技术为准确地监测油液中水分含量提供一种理论支撑。The existence of moisture in transformer oil will reduce the insulation performance of oil and accelerate the oxidation degradation of oil, resulting in major accidents like the transformer insulation breakdown. Firstly, based on the existence and harm of micro-water in oil, the research progress in on-line monitoring methods of micro-water content in transformer oil at home and abroad was summarized. The emphasis was put on several online monitoring methods in detail, such as capacitance sensor analysis of micro water in oil, microwave sensor analysis and infrared spectrum analysis. Moreover, the effects of the micro water content on the physical and chemical properties of oil were generally analyzed. The results show that the capacitive sensor on-line monitoring method of moisture content in oil used widely is easily affected by the environment, and the measurement precision is low. Microwave sensing analysis is not suitable for the measurement of moisture. Infrared spectrum monitoring technology can be used for on-line monitoring and quantitative analysis of moisture content in oil. A single physical or chemical property of oil is mainly utlized in the monitoring methods of oil moisture, thus the methods have the problems of incompleteness and redundancy. Therefore, we put forward a new online monitoring method, which is the multivariate information fusion method of the spectrum characteristic of physical-chemical properties of oil, to solve key problems of the micro-water content in transformer oil online monitoring comprehensively. The new proposed technology helps to construct a scientific and reasonable on-line monitoring system of oil by using multi-variable infrared spectrum characteristics. It has a good application prospect for solving the problem of oil reuse abandoned due to water pollution in China, and it provides a theoretical support for the accurate monitoring of water content in oil.
