摘　　要：湖南亚华种业科学研究院用带fgr香味基因的新香B与亲缘关系远、耐高温、抗光氧化能力强且带Wxb粳型优质基因的南美热带粳稻资源光叶B杂交,F1代再与中间材料0878(华37B/Ⅱ-32B的F5代)复交,后代定向选择优良单株,复交F4代选优良单株与野败型不育系金23A测交,后经多代品质表型与fgr、Wxb基因型鉴定,逐代择优连续回交定向培育育成优质香稻不育系隆晶4302A。该不育系具有品质优、育性稳定、一般配合力好、配组熟期适宜等特征。2015年通过湖南省审定。截至2019年10月,利用该不育系配制的隆晶优1号、隆晶优2号和隆晶优1212等16个杂交组合已通过国家或省级审定。Longjing 4302 A, developed by Hunan Yahua Seed Industry Scientific Research Institute, is a new aromatic rice CMS line with fine grain quality. It was derived from the cross of Xinxiang B carrying the fgr gene and Guangye B, a tropical japonica line from south America with high temperature tolerance, strong photooxidation resistance and Wxb gene, and its multiple cross with an intermediate breeding material 0878(the F5 generation of Hua 37 B/Ⅱ-32 B), and then the elite single plants selected from the F4 generation of the multiple cross were testcrossed with the WA-type CMS line Jin 23 A, followed by successive backcrossing over years based on the phenotypic selection of grain quality and genotypic identification of fgr and Wxb genes. It has the characteristics of excellent grain quality, stable male sterility, good general combining ability and suitable maturity in derived hybrids. In 2015, Longjing 4302 A was registered in Hunan Province. By October, 2019, there had been 16 hybrid combinations derived from Longjing 4302 A, including Longjingyou 1, Longjingyou 2 and Longjingyou 1212, registered and released on the national or provincial level.
