摘  要:以籼粳亚种间四倍体水稻、同源四倍体水稻和二倍体水稻为研究材料,对其农艺性状、稻部性状、稻穗相同枝梗不同着粒位置上颖花的结实特征、主穗和分蘖穗的结实特征等进行了考察和分析。结果表明,与同源四倍体和二倍体水稻相比,亚种间四倍体水稻的株高、生育期、穗长、单株有效穗、每穗颖花数和千粒重均显著增加;亚种间四倍体水稻的一次枝梗数和二次枝梗数较多,但颖花着粒密度并未增加。在稻穗不同部位颖花的结实特征和同枝梗上不同着粒部位颖花的结实特征上,亚种间四倍体水稻与同源四倍体水稻和二倍体水稻相似;在主穗与分蘖穗的结实特征上,亚种间四倍体水稻与二倍体水稻表现相似,而同源四倍体水稻则表现不同。Using indica-japonica inter-subspecific tetraploid rice, autotetraploid rice and diploid rice as the materials, the agronomic traits, panicle traits, seed-setting characteristics of spkielets at different position on a given panicle branch and the panicles from main stem and tillers were surveyed and analyzed. The results showed that, compared with autotetraploid rice and diploid rice, the indica-japonica inter-subspecific tetraploid rice had a significant increase in plant height, growth duration, panicle length, number of effective panicles per plant, number of spikelets per panicle and 1 000-grain weight. There were much more primary and secondary branches but no higher spikelet density for indica-japonica inter-subspecific tetraploid rice. In terms of the seed-setting characteristic of spikelets at different position on a panicle and spikelets at different position on a given branch of panicle, indica-japonica inter-subspecific tetraploid rice was similar to autotetraploid rice and diploid rice. However, with respect to the seed-setting characteristic of panicles from main stem and tillers, indica-japonica intersubspecific tetraploid rice was similar to diploid rice, but it was different in autotetraploid rice.
