摘 要:针对合金钢棒材生产线品种多、规格复杂,其工艺布置需满足所有产品轧制及冷却工艺需求的问题,作者采用有限元及数值分析方法研究了棒材传热特点,分析了棒材水冷换热特点,建立了传热过程中辐射、混合对流换热、热传导、轧制变形热及水冷换热优化模型,开发了合金钢棒材冷却软件。该软件可模拟计算合金钢及螺纹钢棒材任意时刻棒材断面温度,可指导棒材生产线工艺设计,已应用于国内外多条合金钢及螺纹钢棒材生产线,其计算温度与实际测量温度偏差小于10℃,使用效果良好。Alloy steel bar production line has many varieties with different specifications.The process layout shall meet the rolling and cooling process requirements of all products.To tackle the issue,the author studied the heat transfer characteristics of bars by finite element and numerical analysis,analyzed the water-cooling heat transfer features,established an optimized model of radiation,mix convection heat transfer,heat conduction,rolling deformation heat and water-cooling heat transfer,and developed a cooling calculation software for alloy steel bars.The software can simulate and calculate the cross-section temperature of alloy steel bar and deformed steel bar at any time,which can guide the process design of bar production line.It has been applied to many alloy steel bar and deformed steel bar production lines world widely.The deviation between the calculated temperature and the measured temperature is less than 10℃,and the application effect is good.
