院外急救与社区医务人员对低血糖症认知能力的现况研究

摘　　要：目的通过对朝阳区院外急救网络基层医务人员低血糖症知识的认知情况进行调查,了解基层医务人员对低血糖症知识的掌握情况。方法采用自行编制的问卷对118名基层医务人员低血糖症知识进行调查。结果基层医务人员对低血糖症知识认知率较低,对诊断低血糖症血糖值两项指标均认知的只有5.08%,对低血糖症症状如抽搐的认知只有33.9%,从事院外急救医务人员与社区医务人员对低血糖症有关知识在诊断血糖值以及焦虑、神志改变、认知障碍、抽搐、昏迷等低血糖症症状的认知率存在统计学差异。结论朝阳区院外急救网络基层医务人员对低血糖症知识认知率普遍较低,为提高低血糖症救治水平,加强相关知识培训是必要的。Objective To investigate the knowledge of hypoglycemia in primary medical staff by investigating their knowledge of hypoglycemia in the pre-hospital emergency network of Chaoyang District.Methods A self-made questionnaire was used to investigate the knowledge of hypoglycemia among 118 primary medical staff.Results Basic medical staff had a low awareness rate of hypoglycemia knowledge,only 5.08%of the two indicators for the diagnosis of hypoglycemia were recognized,and only 33.9%of the symptoms of hypoglycemia such as convulsions.There was a statistical difference in the knowledge of hypoglycemia related to the diagnosis of blood glucose levels and anxiety,altered consciousness,cognitive impairment,convulsions,coma and other hypoglycemic symptoms between former emergency medical staff and community medical staff.Conclusion The pre-hospital first-aid network of Chaoyang District has a low awareness rate of knowledge about hypoglycemia.To improve the level of treatment of hypoglycemia,it is necessary to strengthen relevant knowledge training.
