198例常年性过敏性疾病患者尘螨过敏原分布及特征分析

摘　　要：目的通过对常年性过敏性疾病患者血清中屋尘螨、粉尘螨、热带无爪螨特异性IgE的检测以了解分布情况和特征。方法选择过敏反应科门诊中已确诊的常年发病的过敏性疾病患者,使用Immuno CAP过敏原检坪J系统进行血清屋尘蜗、粉尘蜗、热带无爪蜗特异性IgE的检测,并对其结果进行统计分析。结果149例(75.3%)螨检出为阳性,屋尘螨检出73.7%(146/198),粉尘螨检出73.2%(145/198),热带无爪螨检出54.0%(107/198);49例(24.7%)三种螨的血清sIgE为0级。过敏性鼻炎73.1%(125/171),过敏性哮喘84.2%(48/57),特应性皮炎78.6(11/14),食物过敏53.3%(16/30),严重过敏反应50.0%(3/6)。结论常年性过敏性疾病患者中尘螨是主要的过敏原,其中屋尘螨和粉尘螨的所占比例最高,热带无爪螨也占有一定比例的检出。Objective To understand the distribution and characteristics of specific IgE of dermatophagoides pteronyssi-nus,dermatophagoides farina and bloraia tropicalis in the serum of patients with perennial allergic diseases.Methods Immuno CAP allergen detection system was used to detect the specific IgE of dermatophagoides pteronyssinus,dermatophagoides farina and blomia tropicalis in confirmed patients with allergic diseases in the outpatient department of anaphylaxis department,and the results were analyzed statistically.Results 75.3%(149/198)were positive for mite,73.7%(146/198)for dermatophagoides pteronyssinus,73.2%(145/198)for dermatophagoides farina,54.0%(107/198)for blomia tropicalis,and 49(24.7%)were negative of three mites.Allergic rhinitis 73.1%(125/171),allergic asthma 84.2%(48/57),atopic dermatitis 78.6%(11/14),food allergy 53.3%(16/30),anaphylaxis 50.0%(3/6).Conclusion House dust mites are the main allergens in perennial allergic diseases,and dermatophagoides pteronyssinus and dermatophagoides farina account for the highest proportion.Blomia tropicalis also account for a certain proportion of detection.
