摘  要:目的探究高分辨核磁血管成像技术下急性卒中患者颅内外动脉狭窄部位的人口学分布特征。方法调查解放军总医院第三医学中心2015年5月-2018年5月收治的80例急性卒中患者的年龄、性别、狭窄部位,对人口学特征进行描述,多组连续变量比较用方差分析,计量资料比较用卡方检验,危险因素研究用单因素logistic回归。结果研究发现,80例患者的平均年龄为(61.70±12.41)岁,不同狭窄部位的年龄构成存在差异(χ^2=29.75,P=0.003),各部位男性患者均多于女性患者,年龄是影响狭窄部位的主要因暴。结论不同年龄、不同性别急性卒中患者颅内动脉狭窄部位不同,研究结果可为临床急性卒中患者的诊治提供一定依据,并且为脑卒中的预防提供一定的参考。Objective to explore the demographic distribution characteristics of extracranial and extracranial artery stenosis in patients with acute stroke under high resolution magnetic resonance angiography.Methods the age,sex and lesion location of 80 patients with acute stroke were investigated,and the demographic characteristics were described.Multiple groups of continuous variables were compared by analysis of variance,measurement data were compared by chi-square test,and risk factors were studied by univariate logistic regression.Results it was found that the average age of 80 patients was 61.70±12.41 years old,and there were differences in age composition of different lesion sites(χ^2=29.75,P=0.003).There were more male patients than female patients in each site,and age was the main factor affecting the location of the lesions.Conclusion The location of intracranial artery stenosis is different in patients with acute stroke of different ages and genders,and the results can provide a basis for the diagnosis and treatment of patients with acute stroke.And provide some reference for the prevention of stroke.
