摘 要:目的为解决院外急救人员招聘难,留住难,晋升难的实际问题,对医疗救护员梯队培养可行性进行调研。方法通过问卷调查法,对医疗救护员梯队培养模式的可行性开展调研。结果现医疗救护员队伍年龄偏大,学历偏低,收入低;接受调研人员中55.1%的院外急救从业人员和51%的在校医学生愿意继续深造或定向培训从事医疗救护员工作。不愿意选择医疗救护员工作的原因主要集中在收入不理想、职业前景受限、想从事医护工作、担心知识技能不足等方面。结论通过提高待遇、提高社会认可度、定向培养、规范培训,多方协作的方式培养院外急救医疗救护员。Objective In order to solve the practical problems regarding recruiting,retaining,and promotion of emergency medical technician,the feasibility of the training of emergency medical technician in the hospital was investigated.Methods Investigate the feasibility of the emergency medical technician training model throughquestionnaire survey.Results The current emergency medical technician team is older in age structure,with lower education level and income;55.1%of the pre-hospital emergency practitioners and 51%of the medical students who took the surveyed are willing to continue their advanced or targeted training for emergency medical technician.Conclusion The reasons for not choosing to work as an emergency medical technician are mainly concentrated in areas such as unsatisfactory income,limited career prospects,plan to engage in medical work,and worrying about lack of knowledge and skills.
