摘　　要：海因茨·迪特里希的"21世纪社会主义"学说以物质的永恒运动属性为哲学依据,在对资本主义现状与前景进行否定性判断的基础上提出民主计划的等值经济和参与式民主的主张,并认为当代科学技术为"21世纪社会主义"的实现提供了保障。海因茨·迪特里希对委内瑞拉"21世纪社会主义"的态度经历了从热切支持到失望与否定的过程。海因茨·迪特里希"21世纪社会主义"与委内瑞拉"21世纪社会主义"的契合之处主要体现在反对资本主义、经济人道主义、参与式民主、拉美一体化四个方面,但对二者关系更具决定作用的是双方在思想来源与经济模式选择等方面的差异,这也是导致海因茨·迪特里希与委内瑞拉政府分歧的根源。海因茨·迪特里希"21世纪社会主义"与委内瑞拉"21世纪社会主义"处于不同的思想谱系,具有不同的来源、品格与追求,不能混为一谈。这一判断同样适用于描述海因茨·迪特里希"21世纪社会主义"与玻利维亚、厄瓜多尔等其他拉美国家社会主义理论和实践的关系。Heinz Dieterich’s theory of "21 st-century Socialism" is based on the eternal movement attribute of material.On the basis of negative judgment of the current situation and Prospect of capitalism,he puts forward the proposition of equivalent economy of democratic plan and Participatory democracy,and holds that contemporary science and technology provide guarantee for the realization of "21 st-century Socialism".Heinz Dieterich’s attitude towards Venezuela’s "21 st-century Socialism" experienced a process from fervent support to disappointment and negation.The correspondence between Heinz Dieterich’s "21 st-century Socialism" and Venezuela’s "21 st-century Socialism" is mainly reflected in four aspects:opposing capitalism,economic humanitarianism,participatory democracy and Latin American integration.But what is more decisive to the relationship between the two sides is the difference in ideological source and economic model selection,which also leads to the root of the differences between Heinz Dieterich and the Venezuelan government.Heinz Dieterich’s "21 st-century Socialism" and Venezuela’s "21 st-century Socialism" are in different ideological pedigree,with different sources,characters and pursuits,which cannot be confused.This judgment can also be used to describe the relationship between Heinz Dieterich’s "21 stcentury Socialism" and the theory and practice of socialism in Bolivia,Ecuador and other Latin American countries.
