大学生科研训练计划在生物与药学类人才培养中的作用与思考

摘　　要：大学生科研训练计划(Student Research Training Program,简称SRTP)旨在为本科生提供科研训练机会,增强学生的创新意识和科研能力,已成为培养本科创新人才的重要环节。本文介绍西南交通大学生命科学与工程学院近年来组织、管理与实施SRTP所开展的工作,并结合"药用植物资源与分子生物学"研究团队开展SRTP的基本情况,阐述SRTP对生物与药学专业学生培养的作用。然而,由于SRTP的诸多现有问题,也提出强化专业实验室建设等设想与建议,从而促进本科培养体系、SRTP支撑体系与输出成果的平衡与良性发展。The purpose of SRTP(Student Research Training Program)is to provide the opportunity of scientific research training for undergraduate students,and then enhance innovative consciousness and scientific researching ability of undergraduate students.To date,SRTP has become an important link in cultivating innovative talents.In order to elucidate the role of SRTP in cultivating innovative talents,the performance of organizing,managing and implementing SRTP in the school of life science and engineering,Southwest Jiaotong University,in combination with the team of"Medicinal plant resources and molecular biology",was introduced in this paper.It was pointed out that SRTP was essential for the training of undergraduates.However,due to the problems in SRTP,some suggestions were put forward,such as strengthening the construction of professional laboratory,etc,so as to promote balance and healthy development of undergraduate training system,SRTP support system and output results.
