摘　　要：基于共生理论,构建广东企业科技特派员与企业共生的理论分析框架;在此基础上,通过分析共生要素间的相互关系,揭示广东企业科技特派员与企业的共生机理,以期不断完善广东企业科技特派员制度,促进二者对称性互利共生模式的实现。Based on symbiosis theory,this paper constructs a theoretical analysis framework of symbiosis between enterprises and enterprises in Guangdong enterprises.On the basis of this,after analyzing the mutual relationship between symbiotic elements and revealing the symbiotic mechanism of Guangdong enterprises’ science and technology commissioners and enterprises,we expect to improve Guangdong enterprise science and technology commissioner system and promote the realization of the symmetry and mutual benefit symbiosis model.
