工业结构变动对生态效率影响的时间滞后效应及空间异质特征

摘  要:工业结构是影响生态效率的重要因素。文章基于2006-2015年中国省域面板数据,从高度化、合理化和多样化三个维度出发,细致分析工业结构变动对生态效率影响的时间滞后效率和空间差异特征。研究发现:工业结构高度化、合理化和多样化均有利于生态效率提升,三者对生态效率的正向促进效应分别于滞后2期、滞后3-4期以及当期时最为显著;相对而言,合理化对生态效率的影响更加长远,即要素自由流动、资源有效配置对生态效率的提升作用更为长效;高度化对中部地区、合理化对西部地区、多样化对东部和中部地区生态效率的影响显著为正,其他情况影响不显著。Industrial structure is an important factor affecting eco-efficiency.Based on the panel data of China’s provinces from 2006 to2015,this paper researched the hysteresis effect and spatial heterogeneity of the impact of industrial structure changes on eco-efficiency from three dimensions,namely industrial advancement,rationalization and diversification.It is found that all of the advancement,rationalization and diversification were beneficial to the eco-efficiency,and the most significative positive impact appeared after two lag intervals,3-4 lag intervals and the current period respectively.Secondly,comparatively speaking,the rationalization had a more long-term impact on eco-efficiency,that is,free flow of factors and effective allocation of resources had a more long-term effect on the improvement of eco-efficiency.Thirdly,the impact of industrial advancement on the eco-efficiency in the middle areas,the impact of rationalization on the eco-efficiency in the western areas,and the impact of diversification on the eco-efficiency in the eastern and central areas were significantly positive,while the impacts of other conditions were not significant.
