摘  要:目的:对闽产厚朴叶进行生药显微鉴定观察,为其准确鉴别及今后的开发利用提供参考。方法:主要采用组织切片和粉末制片的方法对厚朴叶进行显微鉴别。结果:厚朴叶的主脉髓部呈椭圆形,较大,外韧型维管束约20个排列成环,含维管束鞘;下表皮非腺毛由多细胞组成,多为2个细胞,粉末中纤维大多成束存在,导管多为螺纹导管。显微鉴别可以较好、较快地鉴别厚朴叶片。结论:通过对闽产厚朴叶进行显微鉴别,对道地药材的准确鉴定提供了参考依据,为后期开展相关研究及将来的开发利用提供参考。Objective:To investigate the pharmacognosy observation of Magnolia officinalis leaves,this study aimed at providing reference for its correct identification and future development and utilization.Methods:The traits of M.officinalis were identified and microscopically identified by tissue sectioning and powder tableting.Results:The medulla of the main vein was elliptical and large,and about 20outer tough vascular bundles were arranged in rings,containing vascular bundle sheath;The non-glandular hairs of the lower epidermis were composed of many cells,mostly two cells;Most of the fibers in the powder existed in bundles,and most of the ducts were threaded ducts,so the leaves of M.officinalis could be distinguished well.Conclusion:Through the microscopic identification of their leaves traits of M.officinalis,it provides a reference for the accurate identification of authentic medicinal materials,which also provides a reference for the later research and future development and utilization.
