扶正降逆通幽汤治疗食管癌Ⅳ期22例临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:观察扶正降逆通幽汤治疗食管癌Ⅳ期的临床疗效,并观察对免疫功能的影响。方法:22例食管癌Ⅳ期患者予扶正降逆通幽汤加减治疗2个月为一疗程,观察治疗前后中医证候疗效、KPS评分、免疫功能及不良反应的变化情况,对接受坚持长期服药的患者随访生存期。结果:在各项观察指标中,中医证候疗效方面的胸背疼痛(P=0.056)及免疫功能中CD3+(P=0.085)的对比方面差异无统计学意义,其余指标治疗后均明显优于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗后不良反应减轻,未发生毒副作用。结论:扶正降逆通幽汤对食管癌Ⅳ期患者有一定的临床疗效,可改善临床症状,提高生存质量,增强机体的免疫功能,减轻不良反应,且使用安全。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of FuzhengJiangniTongyou Decoction on stage IV esophageal carcinoma and the effect on immune function.Methods:Twenty-two patients with stage Ⅳ esophageal cancer were treated with FuzhengJiangniTongyou Decoction for 2months.The changes of TCM syndrome,KPS score,immune function and adverse reactions were observed before and after treatment,follow-up survival of patients who continued to take the drug for a long period.Results:Among all the indexes,there was no significant difference in chest and back pain(P=0.056)and CD3+(P=0.085)in immune function.The other indexes were significantly better after treatment than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the adverse reactions were alleviated after treatment,no toxic and side effects occurred.Conclusion:FuzhengJiangniTongyou Decoction has a certain clinical effect on patients with stage IV esophageal cancer,it can improve clinical symptoms,improve the quality of life,enhance the body’s immune function,reduce adverse reactions,and safe use.
