健脾理气法治疗原发性肝癌研究进展

摘　　要：探讨健脾理气法治疗原发性肝癌的研究进展。通过检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库、维普数据库等,排除重复文献,获得其中84篇与“健脾理气”“原发性肝癌”相关的文献,归纳原发性肝癌的病因病机及肝与脾的生理病理关系,明确立法依据,并对近几年健脾理气法治疗原发性肝癌的临床应用及实验研究进行分析。总结出健脾理气法是肝癌治疗过程中的重要治法,在原发性肝癌治疗过程中具有一定的优势,可有效提高患者的生活质量,延长生存期。同时应收集规范的大样本进行进一步的临床研究,应用现代生物技术进行更深层次的探究,以为健脾理气法应用于临床拓宽道路。This research mainly discusses the progress of the treatment of primary liver cancer by Jianpi Liqi.Repetition of documents is eliminated by searching the full text database of Chinese periodicals(CNKI),the database of Wanfang,and the database of Weipu,Obtain 84documents related to“primary liver cancer”and“Jianpi Liqi Method”.Induces the etiology,pathogenesis and physiological and pathological relationship between liver and spleen of primary liver cancer,then,clear legislative basis,Analysis the Jianpi Liqi Method of clinical applications and experimental studies in treatment of primary liver cancer.Summarizing that Jianpi Liqi Method is an important method in the treatment of liver cancer,it has certain advantages in the treatment of primary liver cancer,can effectively improve the patient's quality of life and extend the survival period.It also points out that further clinical research should be conducted by collecting large samples of norms and applying modern biotechnology to further explore the application of Jianpi Liqi Method to the clinical widening of the road.
