摘　　要：骨髓炎作为一种慢性感染性骨科疾病,因其治疗周期较长、迁延难愈的特点成为外科医师面临的一大难题。“动-定序贯八法”理论是范冠杰教授在长期治疗消渴病过程中的经验总结,对临床疾病的中医诊疗辨证具有启发作用。以“动-定序贯八法”理论为指导,结合中医传统经典对骨髓炎的病因病机以及发生、发展和变化规律进行动态把握,从整体出发对慢性骨髓炎进行辨证论治,能够为临床治疗慢性骨髓炎提供新的思路和方法。As a chronic infectious orthopedic disease,osteomyelitis has become a major problem for surgeons because of its long treatment cycle and long-lasting treatment.The“Variable-Stable and Sequential Eight Methods”theory is a summary of Professor Fan Guanjie's experience in the long-term treatment of diabetes,and it has a heuristic effect on the dialectical diagnosis and treatment of clinical diseases.I believe that under the guidance of the“Variable-Stable and Sequential Eight Methods”theory,combined with the traditional Chinese medicine classics,the pathogenesis and pathogenesis of osteomyelitis,as well as the occurrence,development and change laws,can be dynamically grasped,and the syndrome differentiation and treatment of chronic osteomyelitis can be clinically Treatment of chronic osteomyelitis provides new ideas and methods.
