摘 要:以邯宝2 300 mm镀锌光整机为研究对象,总结了毛化工艺参数对工作辊表面粗糙度的影响,获得了工作辊目标粗糙度控制模型;研究了光整机弯辊力、轧制力、延伸率、光整方式对带钢表面粗糙度和峰值密度的影响,并对光整工艺参数进行了优化。结果表明,轧辊表面粗糙度平均值为2.42μm,偏差控制在±5%以内,表面峰值密度平均达到105 cm-1,能够满足汽车板生产的要求;轧辊轧制公里数为20~180 km时带钢表面粗糙度保持性较好,在1.0μm以上,带钢表面峰值密度平均值在80 cm-1以上,能够满足汽车外板的要求;光整机采用湿光整方式,带钢表面粗糙度的复制率约为40%~60%,峰值密度的复制率约为60%~80%;组织汽车板外板生产过程中,在保证汽车板性能条件下,采用较大的光整延伸率、高弯辊力和轧制力,获得的带钢表面峰值密度较高。Taking the 2 300 mm skin pass mill of Hanbao as research object,the effects of texturing process parameters on the surface roughness of work roll were summarized,and the target roughness control model of the work roll was obtained.The influences of bending force,rolling force,elongation rate and work type of skin pass mill on surface roughness and peak density of strip were studied,and the process parameters of skin passing were optimized.The results show that the average roll surface roughness is 2.42 μm,the deviation can be controlled within ± 5%,and the average peak density can reach 105 cm-1,which can meet the requirements of automobile sheet production.When the rolling kilometers is 20-180 km of roll,the surface roughness of strip is good above 1.0 μm,and the average peak density of the strip is above 80 cm-1,which can meet the requirements of automobile outer sheet requirements.Using wet temper rolling method,the strip surface roughness replication rate is about 40%-60%,and the peak density replication rate is about 60%-80%.Under the condition of guaranteeing the performance of the automobile sheet,the high surface peak density of the strip can be obtained by larger temper elongation rate,high bending force and rolling force during automobile outer sheet production.
