摘　　要：首钢京唐1 420 mm电镀锡机组装备水平和工艺设计达到了当今世界一流水平,是我国目前运行速度最快的高速电镀锡机组。介绍了首钢京唐公司1 420 mm电镀锡机组的工艺流程,前处理段和后处理段的工艺特点;着重分析了MSA电镀锡工艺绿色环保、锡泥含量低、电耗低、操作窗口宽的特点;对比分析了可溶性阳极和不可溶阳极的优缺点,以及其采用全感应软熔工艺的优点。目前,该机组已成功生产出DR材、K板等高端产品。The equipment and process design have reached world-class level of Shougang Jingtang 1 420 mm electrolytic tinning line,and it is the fastest electrolytic tinning line in China.The process flow of Shougang Jingtang 1 420 mm electrolytic tinning line and the process characteristics of the pre-treatment and post-treatment sections were introduced.The characteristics of environmental protection,low tin sludge,low power consumption and wide operating window of the MSA electrolytic tinning process were mainly analyzed.The advantages and disadvantages of soluble anodes and insoluble anodes were comparative analyzed,and the advantages of induction heating reflow was introduced too.At present,the premium products,such as DR tinplate and K plate were successfully produced.
