摘  要:热轧极薄规格产品是热轧生产的重要产品之一,更是实现"以热代冷",降低用户成本的关键。在极薄规格产品的轧制过程中,由于带钢厚度极薄、轧制力大、轧制速度快,导致带钢的平直度和凸度控制难度很大,轧制稳定性差,带钢在轧机内极易产生跑偏、轧烂等现象。计算机二级模型是轧制极薄规格产品的关键控制技术,通过优化自学习参数,合理配置活套角度及张力,以及优化弯辊力和延时轧机升速等措施,提高了极薄规格产品在精轧机组的轧制稳定性,确保了极薄规格产品的顺利轧制。Ultra-thin gauge strip is one of the important products of hot rollig production,and it is the key to achieving "hot rolled products instead of the cold rolled one" and reducing user costs.In the rolling process,due to the ultra-thin thickness,large rolling force and fast rolling speed,the control of the strip flatness is difficult,the rolling stability is bad,and the strip is prone to running deviation and rolled bad and so on in the rolling mill.The computer secondary model is the key control technology for rolling ultra-thin gauge strip.By adopting optimizing self-learning parameters,rationally configuring the loop angle and tension and optimizing the bending force and the speed of the rolling mill,the stability of rolling ultra-thin gauge strip could be improved,and the successfully rolling of ultra-thin gauge strip was assured.
