摘  要:根据连铸方坯热送设备中存在的问题,特别是存在高度差时需要额外设计送坯装置,对比分析原有关键部位的结构特点及存在的不足,设计新的升降回转式送坯装置。介绍新装置采用链条传动和斜面滑轨的方法,特别是旋转挡板的结构及优点,表明新装置能减少方坯对设备的冲击,运行平稳,能匹配不同产品的生产节奏要求。According to the problems existing in the hot charging equipment of continuous casting billet,especially when the height difference exists need to design additional billet delivery equipment,the structural characteristics and shortcomings of the original key components were analyzed,a new billet charging device was designed. The method of adopting chain drive and slide rail in the the new device was designed,especially the structure and advantages of the rotating board. It indicated that the new device can reduce the impact of billet on the equipment and run smoothly,and match the requirements of production rhythm of different products.
