摘 要:目前国内不论是国产打捆机还是进口打捆机对型材进行捆扎,由于没有合适的自动夹紧成形装置,抽紧钢带时会把型钢捆形带散,导致打捆失败。为了解决此问题,设计并制作了一种型材捆扎自动夹紧成形装置。该装置具有结构简单紧凑,占地面积小,价格低廉,易于操作和维护,能适应各种恶劣的工作环境等特点。具有一定的经济价值和现实意义。At present,whether it is domestic bundling machine or imported bundling machine in bundling,there is no suitable automatic forming device for the strapping and clamping of the profiles,when the steel belt is tightened,the steel bundle will be loose. In order to solve this problem,an automatic clamping forming device for profile binding was designed and and manufactured. This machine has the characters of simpleness and compaction,easy to operate and maintain and can work in many kinds of poor working conditions and adapt to various bad working conditions. It has certain economic value and practical significance.
