摘 要:在精整机组剪切区域中,为了获得高质量的带钢边部,通常会应用圆盘剪和碎断剪组合机构来进行边部剪切及废边处理。不同的圆盘剪与碎断剪组合机构设计选型工作,可以通过对工作原理、应用局限性、制造经济性及自动化程度等方面对比和分析来实现,从而最大程度满足客户对废边处理方式的不同要求。文中通过对不同组合机构的整体结构分析,阐述了不同装置在实际应用中的性能优势特点及局限性:圆盘剪、碎断剪一体式机构结构紧凑,占地空间小,适用于产线速度低、厚度大或强度高的废边处理工况;圆盘剪、碎断剪分体式机构占地空间大、制造成本高,可以选择废边卷球或废边碎断的处理方式;圆盘剪、碎断剪、废边转向辊一体式机构结构紧凑、制造成本低,可以选择废边卷球或废边碎断的处理方式。In order to get trimming edge with high quality in finishing line,combined unit of side trimmer with chopper is applied to trim and dispose scrap. Designing option for different combined units can realize by analyzing working mechanism,application limitation,economy,automation degree. This can satisfy requirement for scrap disposal,reduce arrangement constraint because of site space and lower cost to utmost extent. Via integral structure analysis for different combined unit,performance advantage and limitation of each combined unit in practical application is stated. Integrity structure of side trimmer with chopper is compact. It occupies little space and is suitable for working condition with low speed,heavy thickness and high strength strip. Separated structure of side trimmer with chopper occupies big space,costs much for manufacturing and can be used to wind or cut scrap disposal. Separated structure of side trimmer with chopper and deflector roll occupies little space,costs little for manufacturing and can be used to wind or cut scrap disposal.
