摘  要:高炉炉顶布料溜槽托架在高温800℃左右炉气环境下运行,短时间发生严重龟裂、蠕变失效。本文针对失效溜槽托架材料ZG42CrMo进行检测分析。结果表明:在高温下运行,该材料中碳化物球化、偏聚,晶界强度降低,导致开裂、蠕变;与此同时,炉顶高温气氛中腐蚀性元素O、Cl、S等对溜槽托架腐蚀严重,加剧表面局部开裂,造成溜槽托架整体失效。The distribution chute bracket on the top of blast furnace operates in the atmosphere of high temperature 800℃ or so,which causes serious cracking and creep failure in a short time. In this paper,the material ZG42 CrMo of the failure chute bracket is tested and analyzed. The results show that the carbide in the material spheroidizes and segregates at high temperature,and the strength of grain boundary decreases,leading to cracking and creep;At the same time,the corrosive elements o,Cl,s in the high temperature atmosphere on the top of the furnace severely corrode the chute bracket,aggravate the local surface cracking,and cause the overall failure of the chute bracket.
