摘 要:以黑龙江省作为研究区域,选取2007-2017年新型城镇化及生态环境相关统计指标建立评价指标体系,借助熵权法确定指标权重。在此基础上运用综合评价模型、耦合协调度模型对新型城镇化与生态环境的综合发展水平及耦合协调发展状况进行评价,并运用灰色关联度模型分析二者耦合效应中的关键因素。结果表明:黑龙江省新型城镇化综合水平逐年上升,生态环境综合水平波动上升,二者间的相对发展状态由城镇化发展相对滞后逐步转为城镇化发展相对超前。二者间的耦合协调发展情况由初期的失调发展,经过渡发展最终转为协调发展。其中新型城镇化指标中的人均GDP,生态环境指标中的建成区绿化覆盖率、森林覆盖率及工业二氧化硫排放量为新型城镇化与生态环境相互作用的关键因素。Taking Heilongjiang Province as the research area,the evaluation index system of new urbanization and ecological environment related indicators from 2007 to 2017 was selected,and the index weight was determined by the entropy method.Based on this,the comprehensive evaluation model and the coupling coordination degree model are used to evaluate the comprehensive development level and the coordination development of new urbanization and ecological environment.On this basis,the grey correlation degree model is used to analyze the key factors in the coupling effect.The results show that the comprehensive level of new urbanization in Heilongjiang Province is increasing year by year,and the comprehensive level of ecological environment fluctuates.The relative development between the two countries has gradually shifted from the relatively lagging development of urbanization to the development of urbanization.The coupling and development state of the two developed from the initial imbalance,and eventually turned into coordinated development through the transitional development.Among them,the per capita GDP in the new urbanization indicators,the green coverage rate of the built-up areas,the forest coverage rate and the industrial sulfur dioxide emissions in the ecological environment indicators are the key factors for the interaction between the new urbanization and the ecological environment.
